Was the dress too big or small. I wear a size 10-12 would it fit me? What are the measurements and does it have any stretch

It does have stretch! It was too big, but I’ve recently lost weight. Was a 12 but think I’m probably more like an 8 at this point and just didn’t know it. I think fits like a true 10/12 at target-slightly bigger than traditional Lilly sizing
