This gorgeous sheath dress is labeled with both Hartly Westwood and TOCCA tags. It is heavily embroidered with an Asian Geisha, landscape with suns, clouds and mountains with Geisha holding a steaming bowl. Amazing detail! Dress is 100% cotton. Size tag removed but I believe is size 4 as it did not zip all the way up my size 6 mannequin. Teeny rip at base of zipper, easily stitched.
