It has a blue background with a bright patterned print throughout. It has a floral print with lions and butterflies hidden throughout. It does have smocking at the waist. There are ruffle accents adding a feminine touch. It is in good pre-owned condition. The only flaws I am seeing are that the hook and eye closure at the chest are loose and will need to be stitched in tighter. There is a faint stain on a ruffle on the skirt. It blends in well with the pattern. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. Armpit to armpit is about 19 inches and pulls to a max of about 22 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on and pull the hook and eye closure more. The waist is about 13 inches and stretches to a max of about 23.5 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. Length from armpit to hem is about 25 inches. Length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 36 inches.
