A beautiful, handmade capalet (or short cape) from the 1970s. This garment is crocheted from cream and tan-colored yarn, and while there is no fiber content label, I'd guess it is made from acrylic yarn. Buttons are plastic with metal shanks. There are no sleeves, instead there are side slits that you can leave unbuttoned or buttoned as you wish. There's also an extra collar button under the left lapel (see last pic) to keep your neck from chills. Perfect for everyday or LARP, SCA, other historic cosplay.
