Vintage or antique-style decorative shell dish on a pedestal Possibly Resin

This is a vintage or antique-style decorative item shaped like a shell dish on a pedestal stand.  This caught my eye while shopping for vintage items. It reminds me of vintage shell lamps that I have seen. I am not sure of the materials used but this is non metal. possibly a resin? It is very beautiful and looks like bronze. It is quite heavy.
