Can the waistband stretch to 13? Looks like it is 12.5, but elastic?

@lindseypawlyk hi dear, I measured it again. It’s actually 12 inches, not 12.5 and it’s not stretchy, waist is not elastic.

@seven021977 oh shoot. Okay. I knew I was between a 2 and a 4 in this brand but I love the skirt. So if the waist had been elastic I was going to try and make it work. Thanks!
