This unique 1989 artisan brooch is a wonderful example of late-80s Artwear. Hand-cut from thin aluminum, this Scottie Dog features a striking blue and black striped design. The reverse is hand-signed JIL 89 in black marker, a classic trait of studio-made boutique jewelry from this era.
