This is a super cute dress! Perfect for horse racing season--especially for sipping mint juleps at the Kentucky Derby! By We Love Vera for Anthropologie, ladies size 2, "Highest Accolades" style. Glossy lightweight cotton (NOT stretch) in navy blue with multicolored horse ribbon print. Strapless dress with a sweetheart neckline (rubber non slip inner edge to stay in place), fitted boned bodice, flared and pleated skirt. Back zip with elastic panel. Fully lined with ruffled acetate. Wide 100% silk sash that can be tied in the back, side, or front--your choice. Yes, there are POCKETS! Measures 15.5” across at the underarms, 13.5” across the waist, skirt length is 24.5”. The identical style dress was worn by Harper Finkle on Wizards of Waverly Place (S04 E26). The only flaw I see is that there was a stop repair at the bottom of the zipper. No other issues.
