Size medium, Vintage Moda International scoop neck, flowy baby doll tunic dress with long sleeves, an empire waist with two front pockets and made of an overall soft black velvet floral/rose patterned print fabric. Burgundy rose reds and green leaves on roses. I bought this via the Victoria's Secret catalogue when they sold all kinds of clothes, jackets and shoes in the 90s. Pullover style. Slightly pleated below waist. Gently worn and in excellent condition.
