Short, wide-cut dress in airy, crinkled fabric. Ruffle at neckline and full length of front. V-shaped opening at neckline with narrow ties, dropped shoulders, and long, slightly wider sleeves with drawstring and ruffle trim at cuffs. Gathered seam at waist for added volume. Attached liner dress in jersey with a V-neck and adjustable shoulder straps. Polyester content is recycled.
