Cream Colored Tunic (or Dress) with lace

This soft, stretchy knit tunic by Cable & Gauge is made of 97% Viscose and 3% spandex. The lace sections are made of 96% Nylon and 4% Spandex. It is marked as an XL. I wear XL and it is too tight for me. Fits as a LARGE. Pit to pit = 19.5 and stretches to 22." From shoulder to longest point(sides)bbbb is 40 inches. The short part (middle) is 31" long from shoulder.
