This stunning late 1970s design features a semi-fitted pullover halter dress in two lengths — a knee-length short dress (View A) and a dramatic floor-length version with wide-leg silhouette (View B). Both views have a deep V-neckline with lapels and bow closure, partially elasticized drawstring waistline, side pockets, and an elasticized back neck. Only 2 main pattern pieces for either dress — beautifully simple construction for such a stunning design. Recommended fabrics include challis, pongee, lightweight silk linen broadcloth, gauze, polyester crepe, cotton knit, and matte jersey.
