This red satin vintage pajama set was purchased in the 1950s when my father was in the Korean War. It has never been worn.
The top features a Mandarin collar, frog button closures, dragon embroidery: (intricate gold-threaded dragons, which traditionally symbolize strength, osperity, and good fortune), two front pockets, and a tie belt.
The quilted robe features a Mandarin collar and frog button closures, two front pockets, and is adorned with intricate floral embroidery,
The wide leg pants have a back elastic waist (the elastic is not stretchy anymore so will need to be replaced).
Also includes fur trimmed slipper. (The fur does shed.)
Top and robe measure 19 inches armpit to armpit.
25 inch inseam on bottom pants.
The slippers are probably a size 7.
