Palazzo-style, black wide-leg pants with tiered ruffle panels. Stretchy High-rise waistband can be worn folded or unfolded. While there is no fabric content or care tag, I believe it to be cotton. I successfully washed them on cold delicate and air-dried. Please see photos for measurements. While the waistband stretches, the pants do not stretch and run smaller than an XL. I purchased them at a special import boutique.
