Vintage 1950s Alligator Handbag

This beautiful authentic alligator bag, circa 1950s, is smooth and glossy. Two small compartments can be found on the inside, one zippered and one pouch. The interior is chocolate leatherette. The clasp and hardware are gold tone. Decorative thumb-lift closure works well and closes tightly. It has gold tone metal feet. The bag is approximately 10 3/4" wide by 7 1/2" tall by 3" deep with a 5" handle drop. Good vintage condition with small signs of usual wear. One small white scuff on lower right corner.
