What are the dimensions of the bag? Is there a trolley sleeve to put over your suitcase handle?

dimensions are roughly:
Bottom of the bag: 18in x 8in
Height is 14in and width is 12inch
Different sizes based on what’s inside/how much. I have used it as a carry on.
