Made in Great Britain. I'm speechless! Likely late 1980s. From period costuming, romantic, Whimsygoth, victorian, gothic, this petticoat fits the bill. Size: Marked size ??? I'm not sure if this was made to be one size fits all? Unstretched, the waist is about 15 inches, when stretched, it goes to about 19 inches. Elastic is good. Length is about 33 inches. Vintage sizes can vary so review all photos of measurements in this listing to ensure proper fit. Condition: Very good vintage.
