Size
Vintage 1960's midnight blue velvet pant set by Nelly de grab of New York. Sold at Mary Sach's Boutique in PA. Palazzo pants, darting at the waist, unlined, side zipper, needs a button at waist (shown in picture).
Top is sleeveless, buttons down back with a detachable belt that ties around waist twice. Pattern is a paisley. Seam on armpit, about 1 inch needs to be resewn ( shown in picture). No size tag, see measurements below.
