The most gorgeous, Cinderella-like or Barbie-like ballgown! This gown is a stunning dress featuring beautiful ruffles. This elegant gown has a sweetheart neckline, sleeveless design, and a fit & flare style that is perfect for prom, galas, or party occasions. Made from chiffon fabric, this long dress has a zip closure and a strapless sleeve type, making it a stylish and sophisticated choice for summer, fall, and spring events. Designed by the brand Mike Benet, this dress exudes a fairy tale-like charm reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland.
Marked as a size 8, but vintage dresses measure smaller. The model who is a size 8/10 found that it fit through the hips and waist, but it was a little too small to zip through the chest area.
Mike Benet Formals was founded in the early 1960s in Pittsburg, Texas as one of the most famous makers of prom dresses and formal gowns. I’ve never seen as beautiful of a dress as this, it is also extremely clean with no smells. It is pristine, I couldn’t find any flaws.
Size 6, but approximate measurements are:
Bust 16”
Waist 12.5”
Length 57”
- I feel like this could be altered to accommodate larger waist sizes.
This is an authentic early 1960s gown in excellent condition. Flower on back is the magic touch. More photos are available upon request.
