fairystone This is so pretty! Is it new condition since it has never been worn? Are there any pulls , rips, frayed edges, stains , or discoloration? I assume it is oversized in the arm area too?

dallas_starsgrl Hi. As stated, this is brand new and bought from a boutique. I never wore it. No stains, rips or discolorations. As with most POL pieces, it does have raw hems to give it a vintage boho vibe, that’s just how it’s intentionally made. Also, POL pieces do not come with tags as they are boutique pieces. Thank you!
