eewedd I think it runs true to size. Pit to pit is approx 17 inches. Shoulder to hem approx 55 inches.

eewedd @allifulk The waist area is stretchy. I would say that the chest area has plenty of room. I think it would fit you, I was a 34F when I wore this. There’s a hook and eye clasp at the bust so that it can be more modest if you want.
