If you have a 26-27 waistline you’ll be fine just no bigger cause there is no stretch. I’d say if you have muscular arms it will motivate work, this is meant for tall and small. The opening for the arms is 8 inches down and about 7 across

Sorry for the talk to text confusion. But I was saying if you have more muscular arms or bigger arms it may not work but the arm opening does appear to me to be spacious
