The size is listed as IT 44 (US 8), but the fit runs a bit small—more like a US 6. I currently wear a size 6 myself, and this fits me quite snugly. When I originally bought this dress , I wore a size Small / XS . It would look lovely on someone who wears a Small, offering a more relaxed, roomy fit.
