So I bought a hat from you - I know it didn’t cost much but I wish there was more care when packing it besides just putting it in a mailer without stuffing or anything. As a result of the lack of care the hat is smooshed in and not at all what I would pack or how I expect to receive. I hate when people give me a bad rating without telling the seller anything. I may be new to posh but have been selling on e for over 20 years.

@kamelag first of all I’m sorry the hat came so much. Somebody does the packing for me obviously when they came in and did it they didn’t do a good job on the hats. My apologies I could send you a new black hat free of charge with apologies and I will pack it myself second of all. I’m only gonna give you fair deals on my most expensive items. I only give 10% off on NWT give me your address. I’ll send you on a new hat tomorrow.

Obviously not packing my own items. It’s not going well. I hire a a teenager for a couple of bucks to come over when I have enough items to pack them obviously, I need a new helper. I’m sorry about that.
