Black and White Girls Dress with Pearl Neckline

Size 10 girls black and white dress. Top half is velvet and acetate while bottom half is polyester and nylon. Zipper back with ribbon to tie a bow. Two layers to white skirt. Primary bottom layer does have small mark but not as noticeable with nylon covering over it. Can be bundled with black little purse (separate listing for details, see last picture for image). Pit to Pit is 10”. Does not come with hanger shown in photos.
