Handmade upcycled White Full Circle Skirt Hand Painted Rose Appliqués, One Size

This vibrant white, 100% cotton, full circle skirt was made by me, from two tablecloths. One had 12 hand painted roses and was smaller and not in good shape, and the other was larger, with the ruffle. I carefully cut the rose sprays from the original tablecloth and turned-edged appliqued them onto the skirt. I put in two side pockets, and all the seams are serged. The waist is elasticated. I used a 30"elastic, that will stretch to 38". I designed the skirt to fit over a 40" bust or hip. However, I can adjust the elastic to suit you more perfectly, before shipping. Skirt length is 31."
