Vintage Goebel West Germany Friar Monk Brown Salt and Pepper Shakers Two little pepper shakers measuring approximately 2.5" tall, by 1.5" wide. One larger shaker measuring 2.75" tall by 1.75" wide. My mom collected monks as it was my father's nickname. It was a challenge to find new pieces for her significant collection in the pre-internet days. Mom is getting older, wants to move into a smaller space, and needs to pare down her collection. Lucky you! These items were only used as display pieces in my parent's home. However, if they were used prior to my procurement, I would not know. I have a number of Monk, friar and Merry Maker items to list in the future, follow me for updated additions!
