From shoulder seam to bottom of the dress is 38”. I am 5’ 5” and the dress is in the middle of my knee. Fabric is:
Shell base 100% Viscose, Embroidery 100% Polyester, Lining 100% Polyester. Machine Wash Cold w/ like colors, Only Non-chlorine Bleach, when needed only tumble dry low, when needed warm iron
