Worn and in good condition. It does have unfinished hems on the bottom, so it will fray. This is how the shirt was designed. The frays on the bottom of the blouse are visible in the pictures! I would say it runs large. I sized down and its still roomy! The best representation of the color is in the measurement photos. Measurements are in the photos!
