Rare and hard to find Alfred Shaheen blue, navy, aqua Hawaiin islander scene print sarong wrap style halter dress
Sweetheart neckline with vertical boning in the cups, wrap front with tie, elastic sides, zipper in back. Such a beauty! I couldn’t find another one with the same print anywhere online.
The halter strap is removable and adjustable via buttons on the inside
It does have a couple of small pinholes and small yellowed areas but otherwise in great shape and bright saturated colors! The most notable yellow spot is the one shown on the moon (hip area)
There are a few other areas of white that have small and light spots but hardly show up on camera. See all pictures please.
The wrap style is fixated and isn’t actually adjustable, just for looks
Also worth mentioning that the hook at the top of the zipper was likely added by a previous owner.
Tag size 10, runs much smaller in modern sizing.
My mannequin is an XXS/XS and fits it well.
Mannequin measures: 33”bust /22”waist/ 35”hip
The chest measurement on my mannequin above the bust/breast is 33” and this is where it is becoming a little tight- I would not recommend for a measurement bigger than this.
I do think it could accommodate larger in the waist and hip.
Actual dress measurements (approx):
30”-34” bust, 22”-26” waist, up to 39” hip, 32” armpit to hem
Please feel free to ask any questions or ask for more photos!
