Vintage clothing can have a musty mell due to age and storage. Here are some ways to get rid of the musty smell from vintage clothing: • Spritz with white vinegar: The acid in the vinegar will counter the odors. • Steam: A standing or travel steamer can deodorize and de-wrinkle the garment. • Use activated charcoal: Seal the garment in a lidded container, zipper bag, or trash bag along with the charcoal.
