Street‎ Y2K Punk Nylon & Lace Skirt Wide Leg Pants Combo Black S Whimsigoth

Ummmm...no idea who made this, but it is so cool. Clearly Y2K streetwear inspired, this is a little pleated skirt over some wide leg nylon slouchy pants. I don't know what the material is exactly, but it feels like a thick nylon taffeta. Elastic waist. Gathering fasteners at hem if you want to cinch up pants. Excellent condition.
