BW Angel Christmas Tree Brooch, Gold Plated, Book Piece, 1970s Vintage Jewelry

*Description: This is a beautiful Christmas tree brooch designed with angels. Look closely and you will see the entire tree made with angels. There are teardrop shaped crystal rhinestones and shiny faux pearls. This brooch is featured in the "Christmas Tree Pins O Christmas Tree" by Nancy Yunker Trowbridge on page 32. Trowbridge explains "This tree is signed BW but it is not a Butler & Wilson. Butler & Wilson always has an ampersand & between the two letters. Here (11) angels are stacked in four tiers. Each angel has a pearl crystal body and a pearl head. The trunk and tree top is also an angel." I tested the gold surface metal and it is a minimum of 10K gold plate. This is a pretty and uniquely designed brooch.
