Striking and OOAK, tons of fun and if you are in the mood to make a statement, this will do. Sewn with two inches extra at seams, this is a costume for stage or movie set. Slightly tight on 4 dress form, although I've worn it as a size 4. Slip-on with shoulder closure Open at front skirt, so not really a dress... You can decide what you want to wear with this, many options, and I've worn with black chiffon skirt. Legging would look neat. Great hostess outfit. Occasional snag but really EUC Hand wash, roll in towel and hang dry. Should fit a 4 as is, but can alter to larger size with its large seam allowance.
