Genuine leather, made in Italy. Vintage. These are NOT mainly blue! More of a “lighter” black with hint of deep blue! The flash has made these showing more blue than true! The color is more of a black with hint of navy in lighting. I’ve worn them passed off as black and nothing noticeable. 3” heel. Very good condition but have to part with them because of bad ankle!
