Vintage Rare Paper Windows Cream Perforated Rosebud Decorative Plate

Very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, but does have visible crazing, see last photos, this rare, adorable perforated, reticulated – is a creamy color. Scalloped around the edges. There is a little rosebud with a leaf that sits on top. The edges of the rosebud are lightly chipped with age. Signed on the back by the company and stating U.S.A. . This can simply be a beautiful addition to any decorative plate collection, something sweet for your kitchen, and imagine cookies, or macarons sitting on top. 9 1/2 inches in diameter, the rosebud stands about a half inch above the plate.  24-04484
