Apt. 9 black capri pants size 4

These are Apt. 9 black capri pants size 4. They do have a spot on the left front of the pants near the bottom that may come out in the wash but I’m not positive. There also is a pink mark on the right backside of the pants near the bottom as well. Not sure if that will come out either. Other than that there in generally good condition. They only have the appearance of pockets. They don’t actually have pockets. The material is shown in the pictures. (Box 6)
