Vintage 1990s Blouse, Norton McNaughton Blue And White Floral Print Top, Keyhole

Charming vintage 1990s blouse in a blue and white floral. Has a keyhole neck in back and shoulder pads. It is unlined. Labels Reads: Norton McNaughton and says its a size 8 but do see measurements below. It looks and feels like a poly or rayon. Excellent vintage condition. The loop for the button in back is a bit worn. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hips. Top: Armpit to armpit across bust: 40" Waist: loose up to about 40" Shoulder to bottom hem: 23.5" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
