The blouse has hidden buttons and a little black ribbon for the tie. The ruffles are very flattering!! This is sheer in the back and the ruffles help out the front. A nude cami would be perfect! The cuff has a split with a concealed button so you can push up the sleeves and still look polished. Measurement laying flat: pit to pit: 21”, shoulder to bottom hem 26”, and sleeve from shoulder to wrist 21”.
