Navy and black striped dress from Act 1 New York, with buttons on the bodice, loops at the waist to hold a belt, and a sailor collar. Size 9-10 (I think this is vintage sizing - this fits like a size M to me). One button missing on the left sleeve as shown. White collar and sleeve cuffs have a very slightly faded/aged look, and there is a small grey mark on the back of the collar as shown. Otherwise great condition.
