PLEASE READ ABOUT WAIST MEASUREMENT:
I will say that these do not fit a normal women medium. I put a picture with tape measure in the pictures. The waist top part measures 12.5” across.. there really isn’t any stretch to these. I wear a normal women medium and I couldn’t get these past my thighs.
