Gorgeous little black dress by now defunct Dutch designer label 2 Love Tony Cohen. Tony Cohen was known for his draping and this dress is a stunning example. Fitted stretch chambray sheath with pleated/draped batwing short sleeves. No material tag present but the sleeves definitely feel like silk. Bust 37“, hips 34-37“, length 34“.
