I loved my Consuela Downtown bag and did carry it many times. It was so convenient for day trips, getaways, etc as it can be so easily stored in your luggage. While the bag had been carried the signs of use are on the outside corners and the fabric for the zipper is showing discoloration in places (not noticeable unless you are looking for it). The rubbing does not show when you are carrying or have placed the bag down. The untreated leather has turned to a beautiful honey color and the interior is very clean. Please review all photos as they are a significant part of the description. This bag has many more adventures to take with you.
