Gorgeous vintage dress with union label ILGWU. According to this union label this dress was made between 1970 and 1994. Looks to be late 70s, early 80s dress. An excellent vintage condition. Silk ribbon at hem and sleeves. Label and size tag have been removed. Waist is elastic, which gives it some room for stretch. Please check measurements. No belt.
