@devonwyiams910 Hi good morning, thank you for the kind compliments. The waistline measures 29.5" and it has some stretch. It does fit a higher waist. These are so cute and i wish they were my size. I was so excited to bring these into my closet because I knew someone would fit into these and rock them. I hope they fit 🤞
