New with tags. Retailed at $288 + tax. Currently sold out on the website Awesome dress, but I wear the black version often and don't see a need for keeping this one. From ta3swim website: FEATURES Built-in shapewear that smooths, sculpts, and supports - no extra layers required. Off-shoulder sleeve detail with removable, adjustable straps. Waist-shaping boning at front, sides, and back seams. Full 2-way separating zipper with inner bust clip for secure support. Built-in shelf bra with removable bust pads. Crafted from heavy ponte for structure and polish. Medium compression fit for shaping and comfort. Signature waist-snatching lacing with filled in back. This style is covered by U.S. Patent No. 12,059,044.

chrystynek@leilasas OK. I have both small and medium. I am supposed to take a small bit sometimes they are just too tight for my comfort!

chrystynekYes! Look at the TA3 website to get an idea of their garments. It has a snug fit to cinch you in, but the lacing in the back allows for adjustment.
