Chico's Size 2.5 = US Size Large/14 EUC off the shoulder 3/4 sleeve blouse. Smocked neckline and cuffs. * I have narrow shoulders, wear a size 14 top from Chico's and this had some gaps at center front and back. It didn't lay flat on me at all. I wore it once and wasn't comfortable with that - perhaps someone with wider shoulders or a larger bust would find it fits better. Jacquard fabric with swiss dot texture.
