Rachel Zoe Black Tassel Hem Swim Coverup

Lightweight black swim coverup by Rachel Zoe. V-neck with tassel tie. Long sleeves for breezy coverage. Tassel trim along hem adds flair. I have worn this with jeans and leggings, no one has to know it’s a coverup :) Note: I think a tassel is missing from one of the ties, but I honestly don’t recall if there was a second tassel or not. I’m rating this as fair since I don’t know. The fabric is still in very good condition.
