Hello, is the 16” waist just the front measurement? Over the navel? Any stretch for hips? I’d be using this gown for Ms Colorado appearance. In your opinion, is it appropriate? Is it sheer? I don’t want too clingy and showing every round in my body. But I like a clean silhouetted option, navy blue, black or cream would pair with sash well. Thanks for your help.
