Hi! Does this fit true to size? I assume it is machine washable like most smartwool brand clothing, and has not shrunk / felted? Thanks!

Hi there! I am not the first owner so I can not attest to shrinkage but I would refer to the measurement photos. It is machine washable and does have some pilling that is consistent with the wool material. Thanks!
